We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter with a strong technical background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT roles and a deep understanding of various technologies, programming languages, and IT methodologies. This role requires not only sourcing and screening candidates but also assessing their technical skills and suitability for specific IT positions within the company.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and technical leads to understand staffing needs and technical requirements for open positions.
  • Source potential candidates through online platforms, niche technical forums, GitHub, and other relevant channels.
  • Screen resumes and portfolios to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and suitability for specific roles.
  • Conduct technical assessments and coding challenges to evaluate candidates' proficiency in programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
  • Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and technical teams, providing guidance on interview questions and evaluation criteria.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in IT recruitment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, keeping them engaged throughout the recruitment process and providing feedback on their applications.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines, track progress, and analyze recruitment metrics.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress, candidate pipeline, and technical talent landscape.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to streamline recruitment processes, improve candidate experience, and ensure compliance with legal and company policies.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field are preferred
  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or IT Recruiter
  • In-depth knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript), frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Spring), and development tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins).
  • Familiarity with IT methodologies such as Agile, DevOps, and Scrum.
  • Experience conducting technical interviews, coding assessments, and evaluating candidates' technical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks based on business needs.
  • Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment software/tools.
