Requirements

- 2-4 years of experience in technical recruitment.
- Experience in recruiting for technical roles such as Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and Big Data Developers.
- Strong knowledge of technical skills and technologies in the IT industry.
- Proven track record in sourcing and attracting top technical talent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcing and networking.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple recruitment processes concurrently.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Certifications in Human Resources or Recruitment.
