QuickBooks Implementation Consultant

This is a remote position.
Job Overview:Therole involves setup and configuring QuickBooks migrating financialdata from other systems
integrating thirdparty systems (if any) and providing support
Key Responsibilities:
QuickBooks Setup & Configuration: Customizeand configure QuickBooks to match the
company s financial operations including chart ofaccounts setup tax settings financial
reporting and user roles
QuickBooks Functionality: Ensure that QuickBooksfunctionalities such as invoicing billing
payroll and reporting are optimized to meet businessrequirements.
Data Migration:Manage the migration of financial data from other systems such asSAP S/4
HANA ensuring dataaccuracy and reconciliation.
System Integration: Integrate QuickBooks with thirdparty systemslike CRM inventory.
Reporting& Optimization: Configure custom reports (profit& loss balance sheets) and
ensure the system is running efficiently to meetbusiness objectives.
Clientcommunication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clientsfor Quickbooks
implementation& migration work
Qualifications &Experience:
Bachelor s degreein Accounting Finance IT or related field.
5 years of experience in ERP or financial systemimplementation with a focus on
QuickBooks and SAP S/4HANA migrations.
Strong understanding of accounting principles andfinancial reporting.
Stronganalytical and problemsolving abilities with a focus on dataintegrity and financial
reconciliation
QuickBooksProAdvisor certification is a plus
