This is a full-time on-site role for an OBDX Consultant at WeCodEe Innovations Pvt. Ltd. in Coimbatore.

The OBDX Consultant will be responsible for providing expertise and support in the implementation and optimization of the OBDX platform for banking clients.

The role involves working closely with clients to understand their requirements, customize solutions, and ensure successful deployment of the OBDX platform.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work closely with banking clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs.

- Lead the implementation and customization of the OBDX platform, ensuring alignment with client specifications.

- Continuously assess and optimize the performance of the OBDX platform to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for OBDX-related issues, ensuring high availability and reliability of the platform.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions.

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirement specifications, design documents, and user manuals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development and project management, to drive successful project outcomes.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

Qualifications :

- Knowledge of OBDX platform implementation and optimization

- Experience in banking technology and digital transformation projects

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

- Experience in software development and agile methodologies

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- Certifications in banking technology or digital transformation are a plus

Required Skills and Experience :

- Experience: 3 to 7 years of experience with Oracle Banking Digital Experience (OBDX) product implementation, customization, and support.

- Technical Proficiency : Proficiency in PL/SQL, Core Java, and other relevant technologies.

- OBDX Knowledge: Hands-on experience with the latest versions of OBDX
