About therole

The Director of Marketing isresponsible for overseeing all marketing operations withinthe
company strategizing to generate demand help partnerssell better and improve brand
awareness. This senior roleinvolves leading a team of marketing professionals to developand
implement marketing plans and campaigns across variouschannels. Collaboration to align
marketing strategies withbusiness goals analysing market trends and adjustingstrategies
based on performance and feedback are keyrequirements. This role is crucial for drivingthe
companys growth through effective marketing andstrategicvision.

Responsibilities:

Managing the portfolio of marketing efforts brand demand generationgrowth
partner success and events with solid experience inat least 23 of them
Strategy for marketing display firstprinciples thinking to achieve key goals forthe
company
Lead generation implement programsto generate leads
Content marketing overseeing creationand distribution of valuable content that can
reach theright people including prospects
Market researchunderstand industry trends well articulate the same
Teamleadership lead a highly engaged and committed team that will growover time
Planning and execution of the marketingcalendar covering the entire spectrum
content eventspartner and product marketing
Working with agencies andexternal consultants knowing how to leverage maximum
valuefrom various stakeholders
Metrics driven setting andtracking KPIs to evaluate performance and adjusttactics
as needed

Desiredcandidate profile:

1014 yearsexperience with recent experience being in B2B preferablySaaS
Solid experience in at least 23 of brand productmarketing demand generation
growth partner success andevents
Experience working with agencies and externalconsultants knowing how to leverage
maximum value fromvarious stakeholders
Strong management skills lead ahighly engaged and committed team that is likely to
growover time
Strong communication skills be able to conveycomplex ideas in a simple and engaging manner
Creativityand Influencing demonstrable creativity in marketing with anability to
influence and enthuse stakeholders
Excellent communicator (incl. written and spoken language) withstrong customer
focus driven with sense of empathyownership and urgency
Marketing for channels and helpingchannels succeed is a bigplus
