About the candidate –

An Ideal candidate should be a graduate with 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing and should have experience in technically complex Infrastructure and/or platforms. Experience with product development lifecycle.

Key Competencies –Strategic Marketing Planning : Develop and implement a comprehensive product marketing strategy to position electrolyze products effectively. Define target applications and markets, identify key accounts and projects, and craft product positioning.Market and Competitive Research : Conduct thorough research to understand customer pain points and needs across different regions and market segments. Analyze competitive dynamics, including product offerings and market positioning.Product Market Evolution : Utilize research insights to evaluate and refine product positioning and marketing tactics, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer requirements.Product Launches and Campaigns : Lead the planning and execution of product launches and marketing campaigns. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and external agencies to create compelling launch materials and ensure successful product introductions.Collateral and Content Development : Develop and oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, datasheets, sales presentations, technical specifications, and case studies. Ensure all content is accurate and tailored to customer needs.Sales Enablement : Equip the sales team with essential knowledge and tools to effectively market and sell products. This includes developing training materials, conducting competitive product analyses, and sharing customer insights.
