Key Responsibilities

Anything and everything marketing right from strategy to handling teams to execution to budgeting to driving results.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 6+ years in marketing roles with at least 3 years in a leadership position, in B2C or consumer-facing industries.
  • Demonstrated Success: Must have a track record of successfully implementing marketing strategies and a deep understanding of the factors that contributed to their effectiveness.
  • Must possess extensive knowledge and hands-on experience across all verticals of marketing, including digital, traditional, content, social media, SEO, PPC, and analytics.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Analytical Mindset: Data-driven decision-making approach with proficiency in marketing analytics and KPI tracking.
  • Innovative thinker with a passion for creating compelling brand narratives and customer experiences.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
