Job Summary:

  • ​We are seeking a highly experienced and driven MEP Sales Head for the international market.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP(Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) sales, with significant experience in nonpharma industries.
  • This role requires strategic thinking, excellent relationship building skills, and the ability to drive sales growth in diverse international markets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business goals in international markets.
  • Identify and explore new market opportunities and establish plans to capture market share in the non-pharma MEP sector.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential markets, customer needs, and industry trends.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of international sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and stakeholders in the international market.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to understand their needs and provide tailored MEP solutions.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and project delivery.
  • Ensure that sales targets and project timelines are met and address any issues that arise during project execution.

 

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in MEP sales, with at least 5 years in an international sales role. Non-pharma industry experience is required.
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems and their applications.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

 

CTC : Rs. 5.0/lpa to 6.0/lpa
