**Position**: Assistant Manager / Manager
- MEP (Electrical)

**Experience**: 7-10 Years

**Qualification**: B.E (Electrical)

**CTC**: 10-15 Lpa

**Location**: Mumbai

1) understanding the basic design concept of the Electrical, ELV, FTTH,Solar,DG,sub-station, Low & Medium voltage distribution for residential & commercial building. Understading the concept of design built drawing & critical study in terms of value engineering, techno commercial aspect, maintenance, Electricity act & NBC.

2 ) Study the BOQ, Tender & able to provide comments on the same for Vendor finalisation.

3 ) Vendor management from kick off meeting till Handover of the project with day to day management, resource management, schedule management as per MSP & senior management requirement.

4 ) Amicable resolution of all site issues by involving & co-ordinating all stakeholders at site like Civil, Finishing, Structural, Architect, Consultant ,BMC,Electrical Inspector, Customer, Sales team ,Contract team, design, safety, quality team etc.

5 ) Ability to suitably communicate the Power Supply Agency, BMC, MERC & MPCB as and when required.

6 ) Concentration on cost effective & innovative thinking, digital acumen are necessary.

7 ) Motivation to grow in the organisation & sharing knowledge with colleague & having dedicated intention to bring the sub-ordinate at higher level is prerequisite.

8) Ability to do independent billing, audit.

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
