Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies of service sales plans to maximize revenue from AMC sales, identify and generate casual repair jobs & spare part sales within the HVAC service & internal projects segment.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of AMC contracts, and generate new inquiries for AMC business growth.
  • Ensuring renewals of AMC business and review the lost customers – strive to gain back the lost customers.
  • Monitor billing & receivable of all above business by timely collection.
  • Generate retro-fit jobs / Casual sales services. Spare part business and ensure spontaneous growth.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to streamline processes and deliver timely and effective support to AMC contract holders.
  • Prepare service sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress against targets and objectives.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in AMC Sales, with a focus on HVAC products or services sales.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, maintenance practices, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
