JobPurpose

1.Increase the sales of distributors byoffering training and meeting morecustomers.

2.Make new distributors of Big Installer orBig Distributor fromcompetitions.

3.Build Trust among new and existingdistributors by engaging them on a regularbasis.

PrimaryResponsibility

1.Contact and physical meeting with retailshop/dealers/distributors to inform them about Loom Solar Productand offerings (daily visit 10counters)

2.Cold Calling to Prospectivecustomers/dealers to identify sales opportunity

3.Lead Generation for Dealer Network toincrease thesales

4.Negotiate with dealers to sell ourproduct only if competitor is offering a similar price.

5.Prepare Quotations and share with dealersfor their orderrequirement

6.Keep Record and update of all visits incompany salesapplication

7.Pickup call and respond to each dealerson immediatebasis

8.Ensure that Loom Solar products are thefirst choice in the channel vis a vis thecompetition

9.Ensure stock availability of 30 daysInventory with ChannelsPartners

10.Monitor Distributor and dealer Stockmovement & Secondary / TertiarySales

11.Conduct Distributor / Dealer meets andtrainingprograms

1.Preferred Graduate/MBA Candidate with 12years experience in Solar / Power BackupIndustry

2.Preference will be given to LuminousLiveguard Exide Microtek Okaya Polycab and Havellsemployee

3.Great communication skills fluency inboth English andHindi

4.An attitude to get things done willing towork minimum 2years

5.Rigorous followup and Negotiation Skillsto build relationship withDealers/Distributors.
