Job Overview

Reliance Retail is seeking a Senior Regional Key Account Manager for Modern Trade to be based in Mumbai. This is a full-time position. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts within the modern trade sector, developing sales strategies, and driving customer retention and growth. Must have a strong background in modern trade and should be adept at sales strategy, relationship management, and problem-solving.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in modern trade (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong sales strategy planning to drive business objectives and growth.
  • Excellent relationship management skills to foster long-term partnerships with key clients.
  • Advanced negotiation skills to ensure favorable terms for both the company and client.
  • Proven ability in customer retention to maintain and grow key accounts.
  • Expertise in account planning to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and data effectively.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities to tackle challenges and provide innovative solutions.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with key accounts in the modern trade sector to achieve sales targets.
  • Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to drive market share and revenue growth.
  • Lead negotiations with clients to establish long-term, mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through effective account management.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of account management processes.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on account performance and market conditions.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or challenges faced by accounts to ensure continuous improvement.
