Job Responsibilities:•Ensure implementation of all Market Development Plans / Modules and provide insights on the effectiveness.•Keep track of competition activities in the cluster.•To engage and drive various initiatives with Large Contractor.•Implement training programs for skill development of End users like Painters, Civil Contractors, Painting Contractors, Water proofers•Implementation & feedback of loyalty programs.•Effective implementation of modules related to New Product (NP), Product Under Launch (PUL) & Young Product (YP):•Direct responsibility of accomplishing market research / insight projects as per the ‘Market Insight Calendar’ provided by the HO within the stipulated timelines.•Conduct reviews of BDE/BDO’s, track performances against identified key indicators•Provide inputs on decided norms / parameters for the generation of database of users/influencers•Ensure implementation of CRM in the region in coordination•Ensure execution of marketing plans for pilot projects as per the guidelines of HO Regularly interacting / meeting with Architects, Interior Designers, contractors and Builder. Managing Techno Commercial role in the field. Expertise in providing waterproofing related solutions preferred.
