Job Overview


A dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager is sought after to join our team at SkyClique Technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through new client acquisitions and expanding our presence in the US staffing market. We require a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in US staffing and a strong background in IT recruitment. This is a full-time position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in US staffing.
  • Proven track record of acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of the US staffing market and industry best practices
  • Experience in working with prime vendors and managing vendor relationships
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Experience in gathering client requirements and translating them into staffing solutions
  • Willingness to travel and attend industry events


Roles and Responsibilities


  • To get new client /vendor from US market and working with existing one .
  • To work in co-ordination with Client and recruitment team.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities/Client in the US staffing market
  • Lead the entire sales cycle from getting requirement from the client till closure .
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of the client .
