We currently have vacancies for a Director of Revenue Optimization to join our Revenue team .

Duties : 

Lead the commercial strategy of the hotel. Be the trusted business partner to the sales and marketing team. Foster a driven and motivated culture to optimize hotel performance and market share. Drive the optimization and profitability of all revenue streams. Make proactive, forward-thinking, data-driven decisions on commercial strategies.

Requirements: 

Has a passion for numbers and figures Is self-driven, goal-oriented and able to challenge the status quo Upholds professional values, ethics and integrity at all times Always has the big picture in mind Enjoys presenting to the senior leadership team Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions Communicates with fluency in English (as well as the local language) Preferably possesses working experience in a 5* international hotel Possesses strong organizational and analytical skills, with strong commercial acumen Is detail-oriented with the ability to translate results into understandable and actionable information Has ability to drive changes
