Position:CompanySecretary


PositionBrief:


TheCompany Secretary will play a pivotal role in ensuring that ourclients meet their legal and regulatory obligations. This positionrequires a professional with a solid understanding of Companies Act2013 RBI FEMA Taxation and Startup compliances. The candidate willconsult with clients offering expert advice and providing strategicsolutions. In addition to compliance management the role involvesoverseeing accounting functions and supporting audit processes. Theideal candidate should possess the necessary qualificationsrelevant experience and a proactive approach to address compliancechallenges for our diverse clientbase.


Responsibilities:

  1. ComplianceManagement: Ensure timely and accurate adherence to Companies Act2013 RBI Compliances FEMA Taxation Compliances and Startupcompliances for clients. Keep abreast of regulatory changes andupdate clients on any implications for theirbusiness.
  2. Consultation: Provide expert adviceto clients on applicable compliances assisting them inunderstanding and fulfilling their legal obligations. Offerproactive solutions to mitigate compliance risks and optimizeprocesses.
  3. Client Engagement: Establish andmaintain strong client relationships by serving as a trustedadvisor. Understand client business operations to tailor compliancestrategies that align with their goals and industrydynamics.
  4. Accounting Oversight: Take charge ofaccounting responsibilities ensuring accuracy and compliance withrelevant financial regulations. Collaborate with internal teams orexternal partners to maintain financial records that align withstatutoryrequirements.


Qualifications:

  1. EducationalBackground: Company Secretary and amp;LLB
  2. Professional Experience: Minimum of 1 plusyears of postqualification experience in handling Companies Act2013 Compliances RBI Compliances FEMA Taxation Compliances andStartup compliances.
  3. Regulatory Knowledge:Indepth understanding of relevant laws and regulations with aproven track record of successful compliancemanagement.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellentverbal and written communication skills to effectively engage withclients authorities and internalstakeholders.
  5. Drafting Skills: Proficient indrafting legal documents compliance reports andcorrespondence
