KeyResponsibilities:
  • Interpreting andimplementing RBI regulations related to FCGPR andFCTRS
  • Conducting regular compliance assessmentsand risk reviews
  • Developing and maintainingcompliance procedures and policies
  • Preparingand filing necessary reports withRBI
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensurecompliance with FCGPR and FCTRS
  • Performingcompliance audits and presentingfindings
  • Assessing the impact of newregulations on existing processes
  • Training andeducating staff on compliancerequirements
  • Handling communication with RBIand other regulatory bodies
  • Identifying andaddressing compliance issues andescalations
  • Maintaining accurate documentationof compliance activities
  • Participating incompliancerelated projects andinitiatives
  • Performing risk assessments andproposing risk mitigation strategies
  • Respondingto compliance inquiries from internal and externalstakeholders
  • Contributing to the development ofcompliance frameworks andstrategies
RequiredQualifications:
  • Qualified orsemiqualified chartered accountant company secretary
  • 3 years of experience in RBI complianceparticularly in FCGPR and FCTRS
  • Thoroughunderstanding of RBI regulations andguidelines
  • Experience in conducting complianceassessments and audits
  • Strong analytical skillsfor interpreting complex regulations
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
  • Abilityto work effectively in a team and across differentdepartments
  • Certification in Compliance or RiskManagement is a plus
  • Proven track record ofimplementing compliance procedures
  • Knowledge ofinternational financial regulations and bestpractices
  • Detailoriented with excellentdocumentation skills
  • Ability to proactivelyidentify and address complianceissues
  • Proficiency in risk assessment andmitigation strategies
  • Problemsolving skills toresolve compliancerelated challenges
  • Ability tostay updated on regulatory changes and theirimplications
