Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development professional to join our team at Tesloye Consultancy Services. As a Business Development, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our organization. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in business development.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of proven experience in business development or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining relationships
  • Ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven individual
  • Knowledge of database design, XML schema, Scrum methodology, and object-oriented programming (OOP)
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify and target new business opportunities through market research and analysis
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders
  • Generate leads, cold call, and conduct effective sales presentations to secure new business
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify business growth opportunities
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify potential clients and business expansion strategies
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the engagement
