Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development professional to join our team at Tesloye Consultancy Services. As a Business Development, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our organization. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in business development.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in business development or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining relationships
- Ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven individual
- Knowledge of database design, XML schema, Scrum methodology, and object-oriented programming (OOP)
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and target new business opportunities through market research and analysis
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders
- Generate leads, cold call, and conduct effective sales presentations to secure new business
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify business growth opportunities
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify potential clients and business expansion strategies
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the engagement
