- As ADVANZ PHARMA continues to strengthen its position as the partner of choice for specialty, hospital, and rare disease medicines, we have an exciting opportunity for a Supply & Inventory Planner, New Products, to join the Global Supply Chain Team in Mumbai.- Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain New and Strategic Products, the Supply & Inventory Planner, New Products, will have responsibility for
- Supply Chain due diligence for Pipeline product and M&A opportunities
- New product launch planning and market launch excellence
- End to end supply management for products in scope
- Supply cost optimisation
- New product Pipeline:
- Work on supply chain due diligence activities for products entering the New Product Pipeline.
- Assist the Business Development and In-Licencing teams with supply chain strategy for new products
- Working in cross functional teams, develop new product launch plans
- Manage launch stock preparation to support launch excellence.
- Manage supply through the launch, growth and stabilisation lifecycle
- Prepare for and handover ongoing supply planning for stabilised products to the established product planning team,
- M&A:
- For products in scope, perform supply chain due diligence for target acquisitions
- Supply chain lead for acquired product integration.
- Manage supply through integration, growth and stabilisation.
- Prepare for and handover ongoing supply planning for stabilised products to the established product planning team.
- Supply management:
- Manage the end-to-end supply chain for a portfolio of products, which may vary from 1- approx. 5 depending on the complexity of the product and its supply map.
- Liaise directly with all stakeholders, both internally and externally including in market commercial leaders, the manufacturers, logistics providers and distribution partners.
- Attend meeting s and support the S&OP process
- Optimise inventory policy to limit working capital, avoid product write-off whilst providing excellent customer service levels.
- Utilise the Companies core supply chain systems (Anaplan / SAP)
- Manage cross functional activities to mitigate sales impacting supply risks.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree level or equivalent is essential for the role
- MBA or similar is desirable

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**:

- Experience within a similar role within the Pharmaceutical industry
- Change management experience
- Project management skills
- Demonstrable business acumen
- Demonstrable knowledge of regulatory framework
- Commercial / Business Development experience would be desirable
- Quality Management understanding
- Technical / Manufacturing understanding
- Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships internally & externally, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Superior influencing, communication, negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills
