Responsibilities:SolutionDesign andImplementation:Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing requirementsand design solutions using CRM forMarketing.Implement and configure CRM Marketing modules to meet clientspecifications.Customize and extend the system to address unique businessneeds.
BusinessProcess Analysis:Conduct thorough analysis of marketing business processes andidentify areas for improvement andoptimization. Workclosely with business stakeholders to gather and documentfunctionalrequirements.
RequirementsGathering: Engagewith clients to understand their marketing goals andobjectives. Elicitand document detailed functional and technical requirements for CRMmarketingprocesses.
CRMConfiguration:Configure and customize CRM Marketing modules based onbusinessrequirements.Implement and manage marketing automation lead management andcampaign managementfunctionalities.
Integration:Collaborate with technical teams to design and implementintegrations between CRM Marketing and othersystems. Ensureseamless data flow and synchronization between CRM and marketingtools.Training andDocumentation:Conduct training sessions for endusers on the use of CRM Marketingfeatures. Createand maintain detailed documentation for configurationscustomizations andprocesses.
Testingand QualityAssurance:Develop and execute test plans to ensure the functionalityusability and performance of CRM Marketingmodules.Collaborate with testing teams to validate integrations and datamigrations
ClientSupport: Provideongoing support to clients addressing inquiries issues andenhancement requests related to CRMMarketing. Workclosely with the support team to resolve incidents and ensureclientsatisfaction.
Qualifications:Bachelor s degree in Business Information Technology or relatedfield. Provenexperience as a functional consultant with a focus on CRMMarketing. Indepthknowledge of CRM Marketing modules andcapabilities.Strong understanding of marketing processes lead management andcampaignmanagement.Experience in configuring and customizing CRM to meet businessrequirements.Familiarity with marketing automation tools and integrationconcepts. Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills. Ability towork collaboratively in a teamenvironment.Relevant certifications in CRM will be aplus.
