JobSummary:

Aperson with strong domain knowledge in Insurance &Financial Planning will be working in a circle managing theintegrated Sales & Training team across the geography.Proactive approach required in assessing the learning &development needs effectively aligning programs / interventionswith business objectives and creating / executing the TrainingModules in BankRelationship.


KeyResponsibilities/ KeyDeliverables:

  • ImpartingTraining to Banca/Broca sellers and Max Life Employees as perdefined and agreed ManDays.
  • Providingright training inputs & Sales support to Banca/Broca& Max Life sellers 2 days should be devoted towardstraining of Max Lifeemployees.
  • PostTraining on line certification through Inquizzitive of sellers onthe trained module to be completed Once aquarter
  • Refreshertraining should be done before the certification & followup with failed candidates should becompleted
  • Createa robust Training team in cluster/circle by skilling the identified/ shortlisted sales people so that they manage the trainingrequirements of their clusters /branches
  • Drivetraffic to E Learning platform / Microsite so that technology canbe leveraged to maximizereach
  • Ensuringthe measures of quality of business in Circle / Cluster that ofmapped branches are abovestandards
  • EnsuringSPs training on compliance and all regulatory records to bemaintained auditready
  • Tractionof data on performance publishing MIS dashboard calendars EDMs etc.timely and effectively in coordination with Bank CircleOffice
  • ConductSkill Knowledge & compliance based training programs forthe entire patch at regularintervals
  • Organizeand make presentations in internal and externalseminars.
  • Developand manage certification processes Implementing evaluation processonline and offline to create a robust feedback and trackingmechanism on product knowledge and skills of all thetrainees.


Requirements

JobSpecifications:

  • Graduatein any Discipline MBA from premier institute ispreferred.
  • 3to 4 years of experience in Sales Training Prior experience ininsuranceessential.
  • ResultOrientation Customer Centricity Technical Expertise excellentproduct and basics of life insurance knowledge a LIII or AIII willbepreferred
