**Responsibilities**:
1. **Kitchen Assistance**:

- Support our skilled pastry chefs in the preparation of a variety of desserts and pastries.
- Assist in measuring ingredients, baking, and decorating to ensure the highest quality products.

2. **Client Communication**:

- Engage with clients via phone calls and messages to discuss their orders, preferences, and answer queries.
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding and addressing client needs.

3. **Order Management**:

- Efficiently manage incoming orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to prioritize and schedule order production.

4. **Quality Control**:

- Participate in quality control procedures to maintain the consistency and standard of our products.
- Report any issues or deviations from quality standards to the supervisor.

5. **Inventory Management**:

- Assist in monitoring and replenishing inventory to avoid shortages or wastage.
- Keep track of ingredient expiry dates and assist in maintaining a well-organized kitchen.

6. **Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth workflow in the kitchen and during client interactions.
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance our menu and overall customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for pastry and baking.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and safety protocols.
