Weseek a highly accomplished RPO Delivery Manager to lead andorchestrate the seamless execution of recruitment projectsexceeding client expectations. Possessing a minimum of three yearsof demonstrably successful experience within the RPO domain youwill be entrusted with the responsibility of managing a team ofadept recruiters ensuring the meticulous fulfillment of ServiceLevel Agreements (SLAs) while fostering enduring clientrelationships.

RequirementsKeyResponsibilities:

  • Provideastute leadership and mentorship to a team of recruiters nurturingtheir talent to optimize performance and achieve sustainedexcellence.
  • Cultivatecollaborative partnerships with Client Service Managersmeticulously deciphering client requirements to develop bespokerecruitment strategies aligned with their specificneeds.
  • Overseethe entire recruitment lifecycle meticulously ensuring the timelyplacement of highcalibercandidates.
  • Implementand meticulously maintain streamlined recruitment processesprioritizing costeffectiveness and accelerating speedtohiremetrics.
  • Conductrigorous monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs)encompassing SLAs timetofill and costperhire while spearheadingcontinuous improvement initiatives to enhanceefficiency.
  • Proactivelycultivate and nurture enduring client relationships adeptlyaddressing any concerns and consistently exceedingexpectations.

Qualifications:
  • Minimumof 3 years of demonstrably successful experience in a managerialrole within the IT Technology Recruitment ProcessOutsourcing (RPO)industry.
  • Proventrack record of exceeding client expectations and consistentlydelivering on recruitment projects meeting or surpassing allagreeduponSLAs.
  • Indepthcomprehension of the RPO business model and a firm grasp ofindustry bestpractices.
  • Exceptionalleadership communication and interpersonal skills fostering acollaborative and highperforming teamenvironment.
  • Unwaveringability to effectively manage multiple priorities and adhere tostringent deadlines in a fastpaced and dynamicenvironment.
