Job Overview


We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Sales Trainer to join our team. As a Corporate Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to enhance the sales skills and knowledge of our corporate sales team. The role is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India and requires a mid-level professional with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast-growing company in the hospitality industry.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven experience as a sales trainer or in a similar training role
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer psychology, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively deliver training sessions to a diverse group of learners
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
  • Certification in sales training or instructional design is a plus
  • Proficiency in using training software and tools


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Design and develop comprehensive training programs for the corporate sales team
  • Deliver training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, and best practices
  • Assess the training needs of the sales team and customize training programs accordingly
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives to improve their performance
  • Collaborate with the sales management team to identify training gaps and develop solutions
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into training programs
  • Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities and outcomes
