·        Liase Communications and Change Needs  with the change leads/ network

·        Craft user journeys and concepts for user experiences for the digital system, business processes  to ensure value, delight and adoption

·        Drive Adoption: Understand the business processes, business scenarios & roles - analyse how this can be performed on veeva  - propose solutions and transfer gaps and opportunities to the design team. Monitor adoption and drive change actions with the change network.

·        Evaluate risks and opportunities for value and engage with relevant users, stakeholders to address challenges / adaptations needed quickly.

Training support – Support in the training with change needs translated into relevant learning needs – tailored for each scenario / role.
