As an Endpoint Systems Specialist, you will manage critical initiatives across the endpoint environment, supporting key technical projects and implementing new features and enhancements for enterprise endpoint solutions. Additionally, you will drive service improvement efforts across endpoint functions to optimize performance and user experience.

About the Role:

Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of end point projects , ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget and Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

Vendor Management: Manage relationships with existing vendors and service providers , evaluating new proposals and work orders and ensuring the deliverables are met

Stakeholder Management:  Act as the point for contact for stakeholders, Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives. and Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement: Collaborate closely with technical leads across endpoint functions to identify service improvement opportunities. Shortlist and prioritize these opportunities based on alignment with organizational goals and OKRs. This role also includes reporting and presenting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and identifying areas for improvement.

About you:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience in in managing / supporting desktop environments, preferably on Azure

Strong project management skills, with experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Previous experience in documenting support models and technical architectures.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
