This is a challenging role that requires a skilled professional to support our Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) applications. As an Endpoint Security Specialist, you will ensure the cyber security service availability for all endpoints, including servers, desktops, and laptops.

About the Role

The primary responsibilities of this role include monitoring EDR & AV logs, dashboard compliance, threats, and troubleshooting. You will also be responsible for checking missed incidents by Level 1 support and following up on their causes. Additionally, you will fine-tune policies at a basic level, provide service improvement plans, and maintain SOPs for new events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support EDR applications from an operational capacity
  • Monitor EDR & AV logs for potential security threats
  • Monitor dashboard for compliance and troubleshoot issues
  • Check for missed incidents by Level 1 support and investigate their causes
  • Basic policy fine-tuning and service improvement planning
  • Maintain SOPs for new events
  • Support Level 1 & 2 for unresolved tickets
  • Raise cases and follow up with support for any issues
  • Policy creation and changes
  • Major infrastructure changes
  • Major incident/outage management
  • Service improvement recommendations to management
  • Policies configuration on request
  • Audit log checks and resolution
  • TTP policy development

Requirements

  • Strong technical skills in Tanium
  • Endpoint Security expertise

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a full-time position based in a major city in the United States. The estimated salary is $95,000 annually, considering the location and industry standards.
