Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Security Specialist to manage and optimize antivirus and endpoint security solutions across large-scale enterprise environments with 5000+ nodes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with TrendMicro, McAfee ePO, and CrowdStrike platforms, and a strong background in Windows and Linux systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Administer and optimize antivirus solutions and endpoint security for enterprise customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex security issues related to endpoints and servers.
- Perform EDR/XDR event analysis and ensure compliance with security standards.
- Implement proactive updates/upgrades and enhance antivirus performance.
- Manage teams, schedules, and 24x7 support operations.
- Follow ITIL processes for incident management and change management.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to improve processes and meet business needs.
- Maintain service level agreements and manage ticket lifecycle using ServiceNow or similar ITIL-based tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Expertise in TrendMicro, McAfee ePO, and CrowdStrike.
- Proficiency in Active Directory, LDAP authentication, and antivirus policy management.
- Strong knowledge of HIPS, TPM, Data Loss Prevention, host-based firewalls, and EDR.
- Experience with Windows and Linux platforms.
- Certifications: CrowdStrike, TrendMicro, McAfee ePO, Microsoft.
Additional Skills :
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer relationship management.
