Hiring a Program Manager BankAssurance Vertical the role involves overseeingbanca sales strategy sales processes salesinitiatives and relationship management with internal andexternal stakeholders. This includes driving key initiatives forboth partner and internal sales teams managing data requirementsfor the Bank Central Office and ensuring compliance with internalsales processes.

Key ResultAreas:
Sales

  • Should possess understanding of working ofBanca Model.
  • Ensure Drives on Key Initiativeslaunched for Partner as well as Internal Sales Teams.
  • Have regular communication with Field teams and liaisontheir requirements with HO teams.

Relationship Management

  • Data management for requirements of BankCentral Office.
  • Build relationship with theOperations and Sales team members.
  • Enablesales team by ensuring that all sales enablers with regards tosales tools sales propositions & help items are inplace.
  • Adhere to the daily ActivityManagement/Choreography.
  • Interact with fieldteams regularly daily and build rigor Branch Activation.
  • Interact with IT DE and OPS teams to ensure smoothfunctioning for Sales.

SKILLS:

  • Banking financial services industry business perspective& planning exposure.
  • Ability to leaddiscussions with stakeholders business operations and convinceleaderships to execute process improvement projects.
  • Ability to provide overall direction guidance anddefinition of business to effectively support businessstrategy.
  • Excellent teamwork skills andcapability to work across multiple projects simultaneously withability to work well under pressure aggressivetimelines.
  • Organisational skills includingselfmanagement problem solving skills peer level coordination andability to deliver a high volume of quality work.
  • Creative skills for contributing new and innovative salesideas.
  • Expert at MS Project Power point ExcelWord Access other office solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Essential qualifications for the position include being agraduate with 58 years of experience in insurance sales with aspecific emphasis on familiarity with the Banca model.
  • Desirable qualifications include a postgraduate degree orMBA.
