Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Junior Company Secretary for a full-time position in Bangalore Urban. This role requires a keen understanding of the real estate sector and involves managing corporate governance, complying with legal requirements, and facilitating efficient board operations. The ideal candidate will have skills in real estate law and contract management, ensuring smooth regulatory processes and effective communication.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong understanding of corporate governance principles and their application within real estate operations.
- Expertise in real estate law to navigate complex property-related regulations and legal frameworks.
- Proficient in contract management, with experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate contracts.
- Experience in preparing and managing regulatory filings, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
- Ability to coordinate and facilitate board meetings, including the preparation of minutes and agendas.
- Legal compliance (Mandatory skill) to ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Company secretary (Mandatory skill) with relevant certification and practical experience.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and present information clearly.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee corporate governance practices, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Manage legal documentation, including real estate contracts and agreements, to minimize risks.
- Prepare and file regulatory documents in compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- Coordinate board meetings, ensuring timely dissemination of agendas, minutes, and action items.
- Maintain records of all company documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Foster effective communication between legal, corporate, and executive teams.
- Provide strategic input on legal and regulatory developments impacting the real estate sector.
- Assist in developing policies and procedures to support compliance efforts and mitigate risks.
