**Job Summary**
- Required full time Company Secretary with experience of minimum 2 years.
- Assist to Director
- Preparation of various reports time to time as required by the Management.
- Preparation of Tender Documents.
- Coordination with clients regarding the various clauses of agreement.
- Willing to travel
- Good communication skill.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Conducting General Meeting, Board Meetings & Committee Meetings as required under Companies Act involving drafting and issuance of notices and Agenda, recording minutes of the meeting.
- Secretarial work including maintenance of Statutory Registers, documents, e-filing of various forms and returns with ROC, FEMA Compliances filing FC-GPR, FC-TRS etc.
- Co-ordination with Practicing Company Secretary, Depository Participants, NSDL, CDSL etc.
