The Partner Office is responsible for the relationships between Orange Business and its partners. Along with the Global Partner Managers who oversee the overall relationship with partners, the Partner Operations coordinate the profitability and certification requirements.
The Senior Partner Success Manager ensures engagement with partners and implementation of their business model requirements in Orange’s processes.
Engagement with partners
Establish executive-level engagement with partners to represent Partner Operations. Identify key individuals within partner organizations. Continuously influence partners to ensure Orange’s needs are understood and considered. Identify opportunities.Engagement with the Orange Business community.

Ensure good connection and information flow between teams and partners. Introduce and manage change and resulting transformations. Identify all opportunities to increase revenue, reduce costs, or improve back-end margins. Analyze partner proposals and filter out those relevant to OBS. Present selected opportunities to channels, business units, or delivery teams to assess their relevance. Engage sales and delivery teams in programs to ensure their implementation.
about you
The candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in telecommunications and will have developed a wide network of contacts at all levels and in various domains and divisions within Orange Business.
She or he should be recognized and appreciated within the Orange Business community and have significant experience in hardware related services as well as new software related services.
The candidate should have a dynamic and persuasive nature, enabling them to advance projects and ideas with flexibility and determination.
Possesses a synthetic mindset to make partner operational modes accessible. Good understanding of the differences between integration and managed services. Extensive experience including sales, product management, and operations. Clear communication skills. Autonomy in creating high-quality content both in substance and form. Autonomy in managerial follow-up, financial aspects, etc. Creative mindset, generating ideas, accepting challenges to their own ideas, and accepting ideas from others. Subtle and empathetic interpersonal skills. Sets realistic goals tailored to each individual while serving common objectives and strategy.
