RequirementsResponsibilities:
Review and analyze systemspecifications
Collaborate withQA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans.
Execute test cases (manual orautomated) and analyze results
Evaluate product code according to specifications
Create logs to document testingphases and defects
Report bugsand errors to development teams
Help troubleshoot issues Conduct postrelease/ postimplementationtesting
Work withcrossfunctional teams to ensure quality throughout the softwaredevelopmentlifecycle.

RequiredSkills:
Provenexperience as a Quality Analyst or similar role
Experience in project managementand QA methodology
Familiaritywith Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
Ability to document andtroubleshoot errors
Workingknowledge of test management software and SQL
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Analytical mind andproblemsolving aptitude
Strongorganizationalskills

OverallSupport: Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders withregards to support and maintenance incidents. Work closely withinternalteams, clients, and their vendorsto Be part ofscheduled andpreventive maintenance plans. Prepare internal and client responsecommunication (email, chat etc.) templates. Keeping a record ofclient's quires. Provide Technical Support to Client: Assistcustomers in troubleshooting problems, diagnose issues withsoftware installation and application, identify sources of theproblem and offer solutions. Work closely with the development teamto get the issues fixed. Assist with Software Design andDevelopment: Keep involved in the creation of new software and workclosely with software development teams to identify and resolvepotential issues in the development stage. Analyze all aspects ofthe software and make suggestions throughout the development phaseto avoid issues in the final product. Create Technical Documentsand Manuals: Create & Updating self-help documents so clientcan try to fix problems themselves.
