Job Description

We are in search of a Quality Analyst/Senior Quality Analyst to evaluate software quality through manual and automated testing. The main task involves detecting and reporting bugs and glitches. The ideal candidate will possess a sharp attention to detail and strong communication skills. If you excel at executing test cases and prioritize quality, we want to get to know you better.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Review and assess system specifications
  • Collaborate with QA Engineers to devise effective strategies and test plans
  • Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze outcomes
  • Evaluate product code as per specifications
  • Create detailed logs to record testing phases and defects
  • Report bugs and errors to development teams
  • Help troubleshoot issues
  • Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing
  • Ensure quality across the software development lifecycle by working with cross-functional teams

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in a Quality Analyst role or similar
  • Knowledge of project management and QA methodology
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing (a bonus)
  • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
  • Proficiency in test management software and SQL
  • Strong communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent organizational skills

Requirements

Overall Support:

Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders regarding support and maintenance incidents. Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to coordinate scheduled and preventive maintenance activities. Develop communication templates (email, chat, etc.) for internal and client responses. Maintain records of client queries.

Provide Technical Support to Clients:

Help clients troubleshoot issues, diagnose software installation and application problems, pinpoint root causes, and offer effective solutions. Work closely with the development team to resolve issues.

Assist with Software Design and Development:

Participate in new software creation and collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve potential issues during the development phase. Analyze all software aspects and provide recommendations to prevent issues in the final product.

Create Technical Documents and Manuals:

Develop and update self-help documents to empower clients to resolve issues independently.
