Role Description:

The Quality Analyst (Solar) will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the solar equipment and systems manufactured and installed by Evolve Energy Group. This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai. Day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting quality control checks, developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.


Qualifications:

 A master’s degree in Renewable Energy (Preferable), B.E. (EEE/ECE)


Experience:

  • A minimum of 4 to 5 years of expertise in solar project execution. 
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVsyst, and SketchUp for solar project design and simulation.
  • A strong foundation in English and Hindi, with proficiency in both languages to facilitate effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Previous Quality assurance/engineering experience and demonstrated use of Quality tools/methodologies
  • Demonstrated and impactful project management and leadership skills, including the ability to lead multi-departmental project teams and resolve quality-related issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Advanced computer skills, including statistical/data analysis and report writing skills
  • Experience working in a broader enterprise/cross-division business unit model preferred
  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment
  • Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Ability to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish projects
  • Multitasks prioritizes and meets deadlines promptly
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills, as well as attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance
