Role Description:
  • The Quality Analyst (Solar) will ensure the quality of solar equipment and systems produced and installed by Evolve Energy Group.
  • This is a full-time position based in Chennai.
  • Responsibilities include conducting quality control checks, developing quality assurance policies, and working with teams to address quality issues.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Renewable Energy (Preferred), B.E. (EEE/ECE)
Experience:
  • Minimum 4-5 years in solar project execution.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVsyst, and SketchUp for project design and simulation.
  • Strong English and Hindi communication skills.
Requirements:
  • Prior quality assurance/engineering experience.
  • Demonstrated use of Quality tools/methodologies.
  • Effective project management and leadership skills.
  • Advanced computer skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience in a cross-division business unit model preferred.
  • Ability to work in diverse environments and teams.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-up skills.
  • Attentive to detail and meets deadlines consistently.
