We areseeking a Senior Talent AcquisitionBusinessPartnerin India to join our People team. You will be responsiblefor overseeing the daytoday recruitment process planand carry out recruiting and employer branding events and ensure anoverall great candidate experience and supporting the People Teamin delivering exceptional onboarding experience to allemployees.


Withinthis role your responsibilities and tasks willinclude:


TalentAcquisition

  • Leadand manage the full recruitment life cycle from initial assessmentsand interviews to contract preparation and onboarding of our newhires
  • Screenapplicants as well as proactively identify and approach candidatesin the market to engage talent forRoboyo
  • Contributeto the recruitment strategy including job advertising optimizationrecruiting marketing channel development job board procurementdigital and nondigital employer brand marketing talent planningetc.
  • Partnerwith the business leaders to identify future talent needs andproactively source to build an engaged talentpool
  • Ensurethe best candidate experience for each individual who engages withthe Roboyonetwork
  • Cultivateand manage regional partnerships with universities includingemployer brand initiatives as well as job fairs seminars webinarsand other events to ensure a continuous influx of young talents
  • Assist inestablishing and managing future internship and graduate programs


PeopleStrategy

  • Collaborateclosely with the People Team and the Regional Leadership Team toformulate and implement HR strategies aligned with Roboyos growthgoals and global strategy
  • Ensureprocess accuracy and quality throughout the entire hiretoretireprocess and identify optimization opportunities
  • Maintainhigh levels of satisfaction among key stakeholder
  • Overseeregional vendor and partnership management

PeopleOperations

  • Cultivatea positive work environment by encouraging effective communicationand promoting employee engagement.
  • Stayupdated on employment laws and regulations in India to ensurecompliance with local labor laws
  • Collaborateclosely with our payroll and benefits providers and providerequired inputs to ensure accurate payroll processes andcomprehensive benefits coverage
  • Conductmarket research to ensure competitive compensation and benefitspackages

WorkExperience

  • 4years experience as an Talent Acquisition Specialist or a similarrole
  • Previousexperience inrecruitment
  • Familiaritywith local labor laws and regulations
  • Experienceworking with online applicant tracking systems(ATS)
