Sales Manager- Recruitment Staffing

Role: As we expand ourmarket and geographical presence we are seeking a dynamic andexperienced Sales Leader to lead our sales efforts.
This is a Key Leadership position and the incumbent isexpected to work closely with the CEO to drive growth.
The Sales Leader will play a crucial role in drivingrevenue growth developing strategic sales initiatives and fosteringstrong client relationships. This leadership position requires acandidate with a proven track record in sales management a deepunderstanding of the IT /IT Staffing industry and the ability toinspire and lead a highperforming sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement acomprehensive sales strategy aligned with the Company goals.
- Collaborate with the Executive leadership toset Sales targets and objectives.
- Analyzemarket trends competitor activities and customer needs to identifyopportunities for growth.
- Client Acquisition and Retention:
- Drive new client acquisitionthrough effective sales strategies andrelationshipbuilding.
- Build and maintainstrong relationships with key clients understanding their needs andensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Implement customer retention programs to enhance clientsatisfaction and loyalty.
- Team Leadership expectations and provide regularfeedback to team members.
- Sales Performance and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metricsto identify areas for improvement.
- Prepareregular reports for senior management highlighting key performanceindicators and sales achievements.
- Implementdatadriven decisionmaking processes to optimize salesoperations.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work collaboratively with crossfunctionalteams including marketing operations and finance to ensurealignment with overall business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders toprovide updates on sales activities challenges andopportunities.
Experience& Qualification:
- Proven experience in a Sales Leadership role with a largeIT Services / Staffing Services provider. Should have led multigeography sales teams servicing Fortune 500 companies.
