As the Creative Head, you will oversee all creative aspects of our organisation. You will build and lead a team of talented individuals to conceptualise, develop, and execute innovative and engaging creative solutions across various platforms. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining brand consistency, driving creativity, and delivering high-quality work that meets the company's objectives and exceeds customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement creative designs that support the organisation's marketing, branding, and communication objectives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Content teams to understand project requirements, target audience, and brand guidelines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Oversee and direct the creative team in producing all marketing collateral, including graphics, video content, digital ads, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met across all channels.
  • Develop and manage content calendars to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Research competitors, trends, patterns and best practices, design inspirations, etc
  • Create brand design guidelines that reflect the brand's message and maintain consistency across all our media.


Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, marketing, communications, or a related field is required (a Master's degree is preferred).
  • Proven experience (5-8 years) in a creative leadership role, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative projects and campaigns
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • In-depth knowledge of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen understanding of marketing and branding principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail and quality.
  • Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
