Position Overview:

As a Creative Analyst at Jazba Curators LLP, we are keenly looking for an explorer, a traveller. Someone who loves telling and capturing stories. You will capture what goes behind creating a handcrafted brand run by passionate individuals.


Pay scale - Rs 15000 to 25000 per month


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sampling: Assist the designers at Jazba in creation of new product samples. Document and digitize each sample.
  • Management of Design Assets: Manage, document, and organise all design assets like printing blocks, photography bank, design, and product samples etc.
  • Capturing moments & stories at Jazba: Capturing behind the scenes, intricate processes, promotional events, important activities, founders’ thoughts and posting it at the right platform
  • Social Media Management: Work directly with the creative head of the organisation in creating and updating the content for social media channels.
  • Monthly Newsletter – Creation of a monthly newsletter that captures all that went around in the organization in that month
  • Studio Management: Attend and assist the customers in making their purchase choices at our Vadodara studio.


Qualifications:

-Education: Graphic Designer/ Textile Designer/ Fashion Designer/ Social Media Manager/ Digital Marketer/ MBA or BBA (marketing specialisation)

-Experience: Minimum 1 years

-Skills:

  • Experienced with Canva
  • Strong English communication skills (speaking and writing)
  • Should know how to drive a vehicle.

-Personal Attributes:

  • Should possess a knack of design aesthetics.
  • Keen observer of details and intricacies.
  • Should take initiative in learning new software, tools, and activities.
  • Should be tech savvy.
  • Comfortable working in a team environment
  • Comfortable travelling for work
  • Certificate course in graphic design will be appreciated.

Working directly with artisans from Uttar Pradesh to hand-carve the blocks, Gujarat, and Rajasthan to hand block-print & stitch the designs, it is their shot to honour and preserve age-old traditions while capturing the spirit of today's century. Through fair practices and community building initiatives, Jazba seeks to foster longevity for both the communities it serves and the garments it creates.

Jazba is led by the chartered accountant duo, Aakrati Maheshwari and Kanha Kejriwal, and run from the culturally rich city of Vadodara, Gujarat. United by a shared vision of offering something unique yet relatable, high in quality yet valuable, beautifully designed yet environmentally conscious, and comfortable yet well-fitted, they blend their creative vision and analytical acumen to bring the designs to life.
