Key roles and responsibilitiesincludes:

Excellent understanding and strength in hittingKPIs Parsing specialized qualifications andskills for screening IT resumes Sourcingpotential candidates via professional platformsConducting task and job analysis for documenting jobduties as well as requirements Staying awareof new technological products as well as the latesttrends Promoting the reputation of our companyand clients. Participating in tech meetups andconferences for networking with talented ITprofessionals Coordinating with team leadersfor forecasting the hiring needs and setting the departmentgoals Crafting and sending recruiting emailsto passive candidates with current open jobsPerforming prescreening interviews for analyzing theabilities of candidates Interviewingcandidates using various techniques (e.g. technical assessmentsbehavioral and structured questions)

Requirements

610 years prior experience as a USTechnical Recruiter US ITRecruitment experience Must be experienced with W2 1099 C2Crecruitment Must be wellversed on Visas and Work AuthorizationsTechnical recruiters must maintain and carefullydevelop a highquality pool of candidates suitable for technicalroles. Strong verbal aswell as nonverbal communication skillsExceptional timemanagement and organizationalskills Solid technical background needed tounderstand as well as explain requirements for ITrelatedjobs Prior experience with conducting varioustypes of interviews (e.g. structured phone Google Meet)Experience with resume databases and Applicant TrackingSystems Experience with various sourcingmethods (e.g. Boolean search social media recruitingetc.) Sound knowledge of all labor regulationsand HR practices Sound knowledge of fullcyclerecruiting
