Job Overview
NoBroker.com is seeking a dynamic Fresher for a Full-Time Sales position in Bangalore. The role aims to enhance customer engagement and drive sales by leveraging our advanced technology platform. As a Sales Executive, you will interact with clients directly, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to foster customer relationships effectively. This opportunity promises a steep learning curve and a growth-oriented environment.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Connect with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and offer suitable solutions from our property listings.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with prospective clients to close sales and lease agreements successfully.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent post-sales support and ensuring satisfaction.
- Continuously update and maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Stay informed about market trends and developments to provide clients with pertinent real estate insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities and campaigns.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis through proactive client engagement.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve sales techniques and product knowledge continuously.
