Job Overview


AV IT Business Solution Pvt. Ltd. | AVITBS is looking for a Lead Generation Executive. This role involves generating and qualifying leads to support the sales team. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in lead generation. This is a full-time position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in lead generation
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Research and identify potential clients and industry verticals
  • Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email marketing, and social media
  • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when entering lead information into the CRM
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure leads are properly handed off and followed up on
  • Track and report on lead generation activities and outcomes
