Presales Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION:
CO-ORDINATION WITH CUSTOMERS, SITE SALES TEAM:
Answering all incoming inquiries with as little delay as possible.
Providing all relevant information to the leads either over the phone, email, or WhatsApp.
Convincing the leads to visit the site.
Inform our site sales team relevant details of the customer and his/ her time for visiting the site.
Helping the customer to reach the site.
Arranging cabs for customers and coordinating with them till they visit the site.
Attending walk-in customers at head office to provide details of any project as per requirement.
Educating customers by explaining our USPs and convincing them.
Attending property events or exhibitions and helping customers with requirements.
Inform customers about current payment offers at our sites.
Provide information about our upcoming projects.
Connecting new channel partners who call up by providing the concerned person's number along with relevant project information.
Capable to work with SELL.DO
