Role Purpose As a maintenance engineer collecting data from shop floor, execution of PM activity. By breakdown data making RCA. Maintain 5S at utility and shop floor area.

Support plant team to reduce breakdowns.Maintain critical spares.Increase MTBF, decrease MTTR.Finding unsafe act and condition furthermore eliminate the same.Develop and maintain 5s at utility and shop floor area. To implement TPM at utility area. Taking care of new projects execution.To advise on safety aspects in all job studies, and to carry out detailed job safety studies of selected jobs and assist to write down HIRA, JHA and SOPs.Maintain IMS documents.To advise the purchasing and stores department in ensuring high quality and availability spares.To find energy wasting area and elimination plan for the same.To conduct HSE training and safety toolbox for all employees including Contractor EmployeesTo provide advice on matters related to carrying out plant safety inspections; Coordinate investigation of reportable incidentConducting technical training.

Role Specific Competencies:

PM activity.LOTO and 5s.TPM activity.Why, Why analysis .Follow basic safety procedures.Use engineering controls.Use PPE as needed or required.He should work in 3 shifts.ISO documentationSAP
