Strategic Leadership:

Provide visionary and strategic leadership to multiple manufacturing facilities within the region.Develop and execute long-term plans that align with corporate objectives and promote sustainable growth.

Quality Control and Assurance:

Establish and uphold rigorous quality control standards, processes, and best practices.Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and competitiveness.

Resource Allocation and Optimization:
