We are actively seeking anAssociate Level professional for the role of Corporate Relationsand Outreach a pivotal position that requires 14 years ofexperience in Career Services Corporate Relations and TalentPartnerships. In this capacity you will play a key role in leadingthe growth of our corporate partnerships facilitating strategicengagements with toptier agencies and brands and nurturingrelationships that drive the career development of ourstudents.

Responsibilities andDuties:

Corporate BusinessDevelopment:

  • Cultivateand manage partnerships to achieve set targets and strengthen bothnew and existingrelationships.

Stakeholder Engagement and PartnerAcquisition:

  • Managediverse engagements with teams HR professionals senior executivesand business unit heads across agencies digital advertisingagencies brands and variousindustries.
  • Builda network to onboard top agencies and brands across variousindustries expanding outreach and fostering recruitment activitiesboth in India andglobally.


RelationshipBuilding Student and EmployerEngagement:
  • Maintainemployer relationships to understand hiring needs and promoteopportunities forstudents.
  • Collectemployer feedback to improvequality.
  • Establishand maintain highlevel connections acrossindustries.
  • Collaboratewith industry leaders to plan and execute Job fairs networkingevents workshops and masterclasses that enhance student learningand corporate relationships creating platforms for students toconnect with potentialemployers.

Job Placement Student Interactionand CareerMentorship:

  • Engagewith students to understand their career aspirations andgoals.
  • Providementorship and career mapping to guide students toward desiredoutcomes.
  • Matchstudents with suitable job opportunities and facilitate theplacementprocess.
  • Guidestudents in enhancing their resumes cover letters and portfoliosfor improved interviewprospects.
  • Offerinformation and guidance on job and internship openings applicationprocedures and interviewtechniques.

Database Management andReporting:

  • Maintaina wellorganized database of job listings employer contacts andstudentprofiles.
  • Ensureaccurate and uptodate records of student placements to measure theeffectiveness of the placementprogram.
  • Proficiencyin managing and communicating datadriven insights report componentsaccuracy andreadability.


RequirementsExperienceandQualifications:
  • Previouswork experience of at least 14 years in reputed BSchools oreducational institutions specifically in the placementdivision.
  • Graduatefrom anystream.
  • Strongverbal and written communicationskills.
  • Exceptionalnetworkingskills.
  • Proficiencyin corporate business development account management andpartnershipacquisition.
  • Negotiationskills.
  • Analyticalability to identify opportunities and developstrategies.
  • Proficiencyin GoogleWorkspace.


Experience and Qualifications: Previous work experience of at least1-4 years in reputed B-Schools or educational institutions,specifically in the placement division. Graduate from any stream.Strong verbal and written communication skills. Exceptionalnetworking skills. Proficiency in corporate business development,account management, and partnership acquisition. Negotiationskills. Analytical ability to identify opportunities and developstrategies. Proficiency in Google Workspace.
