Job Summary

We are looking for an inspired individual to join our team as an Outreach Associate.

**Role and Responsibilities**:
**Relationship Building**
- Building new relationships with high schools, increasing outreach and penetration in assigned territory.
- Nurturing and managing existing and prospective relationships with high school administrators, counsellors and third parties/business associates to set up interactions with students and parents of target groups.

**Strategy**
- Implementation of outreach strategies to maximize visibility and reach the target audience for undergraduate program
- BusinessDevelopment-new customer acquisition
- Working in close coordination with the Program Manager

**Operations**
- Efficient implementation of outreach initiatives like delivering presentations and interactive sessions, participation in career fairs etc.
- Managing events for educators and students
- Organizing academic workshops run by faculty at schools or online.

**Skill Sets**:

- Excellent English communication skills
- Willingness to do repetitive tasks
- Comfortable with Ambiguity
- Proactive and self-driven, can handle individual contributor role.
- Strong relationship management skills
- Aptitude for working in Higher Education
- Business Development

**About Us**

Designation: Outreach Associate

Location: Andheri E, Mumbai [but mostly traveling for outreach]

Ideal Qualification: Graduate

Experience: Not Required

Office Timing: Monday - Friday (10 AM to 7 PM)

Start Date: June 1, 2023

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban - 400069, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
