Job Description
  • Operationally support the Carrier Commercial team to achieve the team’s commercial KPIs
  • Manage national codes, number ranges, and IMSI within a central operating system.
  • Management of Premium codes, relationships, and monthly updates
  • Able to reconcile wholesale invoices and isolate system or CDR rating variances between billing/rating system (CSGi) and external sources. Support the Dispute Manager.
  • Update commercial rates within the CSGi billing platform for Full MVNO rating. Make sure this data is acquired from relevant partners.
  • Alerting the business to external inter working changes that may be required, through national code alterations.
  • Provide stakeholders the accurate cost and revenue information for the business.
  • Use one expertise to add value to data and support decision-making.
  • Responsible for delivering accurate costs & associated revenues within the operation
  • Managing rates, codes, and suppliers in the system
  • Managing data integrity so the above can be achieved


Requirements
  • Experience within a European mobile operator or MVNO would be advantageous.
  • Understanding national codes, number ranges, IMSI, and how to navigate and take information from National Regulator websites
  • Experience in ‘driving’ a mobile telecommunications billing system to capture wholesale costs within the traditional mobile product suite.
  • Ability to understand principles such as porting, premium and geo-non-geo numbers, Origin-Based costs, and associated rating.
  • Experience with CSGi Route, ICT and FM modules a plus.  Experience within a similar system is essential.
  • Experience with CDR analysis and mobile rating engines is a must, and CSGi is advantageous.
  • Understanding of International/national Voice/SMS flow
  • Understanding the activity within mediation & technology when it comes to passing data for rating or bill check.
  • Knowledge of telecom architecture and call flows
  • Good with Excel, Pivot Tables, and Lookups essential, understanding of Oracle SQL advantageous
  • Able to generate and interpret reports
  • Able to communicate with other teams/stakeholders
