JobResponsibilities

  • At the forefront of company operations yourrole entails maintaining and enhancing a high standard of customerservice by delivering timely support to customers through emaillive chat and phone.
  • Investigating andresolving complex or longstanding customerproblems.
  • Processing refunds promotions andcompensations for customers.
  • Responding tocustomer inquiries with the goal of achieving firstcontactresolution.
  • Providing guidance to endcustomers on available options.
  • Welcomingcustomers to the clients platform and promoting the use of theclients products and services.
  • Assigninginitiatives to customers based on established guidelines andframeworks.
  • Promptly following up withcustomers to address and resolve issues.
  • Updating and maintaining customer details within onlineplatforms.
  • Reporting customer feedback torelevant internal teams to enhance the overall customerexperience.
  • Identifying and highlightingtechnical issues raising tickets through the companys ticketingsystem.
  • Communicating the status of theresolution process to customers asnecessary

Requirements

  • Degreeholder preferably in the Servicefield.
  • Exceptionalproficiency in written German &English demonstrating a nativelikecommand of thelanguage.
  • Minimum2 years ofrelevantexperience
  • Abilityto participate in roleplay scenarios and complete a test brief aspart of the recruitment process to showcase approach andmanner.
  • Previousexperience working in an officeenvironment.
  • Familiaritywith online customer support ticketingsystems.
  • Proficiencyin customer relationshipplatforms.
  • Handsonexperience in outboundcalls.
  • Preferencefor candidates available to startimmediately.

Remuneration

BasicMYR 5000 MYR 15000 (Negotiable depending on experience &capability)
